It’ll be a crappy Thanksgiving for followers of Thriller Science Theater 3000: Netflix has cancelled the revived cult favourite after two seasons (or 12 seasons, if you happen to’re pondering cumulatively). MST3K host Jonah Ray introduced the information on social media late Tuesday.

“So, Netflix determined to not do one other season of MST3K,” Ray mentioned, earlier than throwing not-so-subtle shade on the streamer for its rash of cancellations of late. “We’re off to Get Down in Lilyhammer whereas the OA helps us take it One Day At A Time. We can be in group remedy with Tuca & Bertie, Jessica Jones, & Girl Dynamite. The classes can be run by Gypsy (w/ Naomi Watts).”

Ray intimated that MST3K can be shopped to different shops. “We don’t know what the long run holds for the present, it at all times appeared to determine the right way to survive,” he teased. “No matter occurs, I need all people to know that getting an opportunity to be on this present was a dream come true.”
